Our venue is perfect for ambulatory senior outings, church groups or school groups. We offer several options, listed below.
BUS TOUR OPTION A
The following estimate is for your event. This event could be scheduled any time, 11:00-2:30 Monday-Friday with a 35-person minimum or 11:00-2:30 Thursday or Friday with a 15-person minimum.
MENU
The menu that is being offered is Chicken Salad with Fresh fruit or All-American Hoagie with French Fries. These options include dessert, soft drinks, iced tea and coffee. Cash or Tab bar is available.
I can provide this menu at the price of $24.50 per person, pricing does not include $6.00 service fee per guests or Sales tax.
ENTERTAINMENT
Our entertainment options for private parties, explanations and pricing are listed below:
Guided History and Ghost Tour, the tour will go through 3 floors of the mansion with tales of the supposed haunting, facts of the Lemp family and their Brewing empire. There are 2 sets of staircases to navigate so some guests may opt not to walk the stairs, they are welcome to wait in the dining room while the tour is completed. The cost for a tour is $12.50 per person.
The Comedy Murder Mystery s an audience participation show, all guests are given character names and parts which they can develop as much or as little as they care to. The show starts with lots of laughs then one of the actors will meet their untimely death. We then take a break in the show for lunch/dinner once done eating the actors will come back, it is up to the guests to solve the who's why's and where's. The cost for a private murder mystery is $850.00.
Trivia Contest is 3 rounds 5 questions each round of general knowledge. We provide answer sheets and the moderator to run the contest. Trivia can be structured to be played by each individual or by the table as a team building event. 1-20 guests $395, 21-35 guests $570 or 36-50 guests $745.
William Lemp Scavenger Hunt guests will divide into teams of 3-4 people, each team will be given a copy of “William’s diary”, in the diary they will find clues about the items that William has hidden throughout the mansion. This contest can be conducted throughout multiple floors in the mansion which can include 3 staircases. 1-20 guests $395, 21-35 guests $570 or 36-50 guests $745.
Billy’s Bingo once guests have enjoyed fantastic lunch/dinner, they are able to sit and enjoy 6 rounds of Bingo on up to 3 cards per person per game. We supply Bingo cards, daubers, and moderator to call Bingo. 1-20 guests $395, 21-35 guests $570 or 36-50 guests $745.
